WORKSHOPS
Our studio is inviting you to have a clay workshop. You can come alone or with your partner, with your family, friends or colleagues.
Making ceramics is a time-consuming process. The items you will make during the workshop will dry for about 10 days, then go to the first firing at 900 degrees. Then I will glaze your pieces and send them to a second firing, which depending on the material will go up to 1050-1250 degrees. So you can pick up your items only in 2-6 weeks.
You can choose any topic for the workshop. Depending on what you want to do, I will offer you different materials. We can work with white clay and multi-colored engobes, or we can try fireclay. If you haven't decided on a topic, I will offer several to choose from. I recommend starting with a set: a flat plate and bowl or a plate and a coffee cup.
For each participant — 2 kilograms of clay. From this volume, you can make 4 bowls or, for example, a flat plate, a bowl, and a mug.

During this workshop, you will get acquainted with hand-building techniques. You can make dishes or a vase, or you can experiment with tiles or wall panels.

Throwing
During this workshop, you will throw using a pottery wheel and try to make your first item. Usually, during the very first lesson, I recommend not focusing on form, but getting more of a feel of the technique. We will try to make some bowls and coffee cups.
